The refurbishment project carried out at Lynx House by A&C Contracts, has been awarded a Commendation in the Best Restoration category, by The Portsmouth Society.
A&C were tasked with repairing the buildings ageing glazed structure, that was suffering from water ingress and loss of structural integrity to its structural glazing gaskets. A unique solution was designed that would remedy the buildings external impairments, while maintaining the buildings original aesthetic appearance.
